How far will you stand on what you believe is right?

On a street crossing, a sign says No Jaywalking or No pedestrians allowed but you see swarms of people crossing and blatantly ignoring the sign and the police was just standing nearby and doesn't mind anything at all. Will you cross considering that the next pedestrian lane is a kilometer away? Personally, sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. Depending on the sun's heat and my physical condition on that particular day. Am I being a bad example? to whom?

Good for you, I'll take that as you are not going to cross and choose to walk a kilometer away to the pedestrian lane. thanks!

i won't do that. Im doing all that i can to live on my idealism, faith, and believes. Once i compromising with my idealism / believes, that time i lost my self. Yeah, im an idealist person, so my comment on your question is that you're being a bad example for yourself, because once you're compromising, sooner or later, it will happends again ... and again ... and suddenly you'll realize that you're not the person that you want to be.
