How many woman's lives could the new cervical cancer vaccine save?

If we found a way to vaccinate all the women in the US with the new cervical cancer vaccine how many woman's lives would we save per year? I have also heard that some conservative groups are against giving the vaccine to teenager feeling it will increase promiscuity. I feel that denying this vaccine to teenagers is the equivelent of murdering thousands of women.
