Do you like or hate your boss?

I really like my boss. He is more like a friend then a boss. He is a very cool guy.

My boss is actually really nice. He leaves me alone and lets do my work and get it down. It's really nice.

My boss is cool..I have a lot of freedom to take care of my daughter's needs when they arise..plus half my time is spent out seeing clients in their home so my hours are more felxiable.. She also helps me when some of the crisis's get really bad...she knows we do a tough and often sad and disturbing job...and we need a break on occasion to keep our own mental stability.
