If a lot of people respond to my threads do I get more money for that? If so, do they have to respond on the day that I started the thread in order for me to get that money?

No, you get paid when people answer to your threads, and they do not have to do it straigt away. That´s why it is importnat to strat interesting subjects, rate all answers (because that gives the person who responded more) and that will have them come ba ck to you.. i have noticed a significiant difference in earnings the days i have alot of replies to my threads!

My Mylot goals today will be harder to reach because the site is running so slowly. But I did so badly compared to usual yesterday that I really want to try. I think that my goal today is to post to at least 80 discussions and hopefully post at least a new topic or two tonight. I'm not sure yet about the topic additions. I'll have to see what I can find to write about.*laugh* But yesterday I did badly. I only posted to about 63 discussions and made the least amount of money that i've made in awhile, even though it was still over two dollars and I'm still happy with that much.^_^

Oh my gosh. Forgive me.. now Mylot is posting other replies that I was working on, into the wrong topics. Sigh.. the site is sooo slow today:/ Here is what I meant to say in this topic: I am really not sure, and I don't think that Mylot will ever give away this information. They don't really want us to know the exact algorhythm of how we get paid*laugh* I do think that we definitely get bonuses and receive more when we have a popular topic, however. I definitely got paid extra the days taht I had topics that got more than 30-50 replies. Of course, there were other factors that could've come into play, as well, like how many best responses I received that day, becaue Im' pretty sure that we get paid a bit extra for those, as well. I just don't know how one could ever do the research to be absolutely certain of how much one gets for such things. I do know that i am still making about four cents per post, or at least close to it, though. That has been fairly definite from the amount of money that my account is receiving each day when the amounts update!^_^

well , more responses (of good quality) to our discussions mean (little) more earnings . But we donot know how much more Mylot pays for each response we get . The responses need not be made on the same day we start the discussion .

I read in a post when I first started that you only got paid for the first response. But that's the only information I have seen. I never gave it another thought till I read this...lol I thought the idea of getting alot of responses was to keep the discussion going.. But I guess it makes sense that they compensate for more responses..?? I'll be watching for other's replies, eagerly.lol.

Hi, I was glad to see your discussion question. I too, was wondering the very same thing. But, after reading the answers, it appears that we really don't know the forumula being used to compute our pay?! Thanks for trying!

Yes! the more responses you receive you get more money. Or you made responses more to many discussions you get more money. Its vice versa, it is better to get wait and by making good discussions.

I've read many people's arguments on this and some say yes and some say more. I think you are only paid per discussion response and discussion starts. I will be watching discussion and hopefully you will get a lot of responses so you can see. Good luck!
