Pita Chips

I'm in love! If you have never had pita chips then you are missing out. The garlic flavored ones are much better than plain. These are great with salsa or spinach dip. Healthy too as long as you eat them in moderation. I find them more filling than regular chips too.

here is a very special recipe for you Garlic Pita Chips Fat: 5.3 g Carbohydrates: 17.8g Calories: 126.0 Protein: 3.2g Take pita bread to a crunchy new level. 2 pita breads 4 teaspoons olive oil 1 garlic clove, crushed 1. Heat oven to 350ยบ F. 2. Using a small knife or kitchen scissors, cut along circumference of each pita bread to remove folded edge. 3. Combine oil and garlic in a bowl. 4. Brush each pita round with the oil and garlic mixture. 5. Stack the rounds and then cut into 8 wedges. 6. Arrange wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until chips are golden brown. Makes 32 chips, 8 chips per serving.

Not sure if we have pita chips in UK But i will look out for them

I have had them, and they are great. But, if you are dieting, watch out for the dips. Use yogart and spinch or salsas mostly.

i never had them before i will have to look for them. i love the garlic bagel chips, and i could eat a whole bag of them in one sitting, but i don't of course, but they are so good too.
