How to email a discussion to "my friend" ?

I used this option once but I am able to do it, I can't see or find this option on mylot. Will you please help me in this regard?

you can mail the discussion to your friend by pressing the mailbox icon which is available after the discussion topic.i think that is the one way we can do it.

YOU NOT NEED TO E-MAIL ANY OF THE DISCUSSIONS TO YOUR FRIEND.ALL THE DISCUSSIONS STARTED BY YOU ARE AUTOMATICALLY GO TO ALL THE FRIEND IN YOUR LIST.

yeh. It's true but the notify option must be in "on" mode. You even can send a email to other users even if they are not in your friends list. Tha procedure is given below by "mythmoh" Thak you very much, See you,
