I would say that if beauty lies in the eyes of th beholder, then vulgarity lies in the mind of the viewer.

yes i also feel the same...it depends on ppl who are seeing that person...so as to regard that person as vulgar or sensual..
Also i thing that defines the line is the body language,facial expressions....
