Which political system is the best in your opinion?

As in the topic - which political system is the best in your oppinion? Well i would say democration but honestly i was never happy to see any government being elected and then fight to have the power of ruling for them own - so i could say dictators probably but the ones who dont abuse the strenght of being a only leader and who uses their pwoers to bring the richness and hapiness to their country ( well i know that actuall there is no such a men but well it is so nice to dream)
