Elephants...why do you love them?

I am a reptile person myself, but love these animals, too. I did not realize until recently that there are only two kinds of elephants: Asian elephants and Afrian elephants. They differ in many ways, but I love them both and hope that we can conserve these animals and help them to live in the wild without the fear of being killed by people.

because they are huge with a peculiar look which attract babies. they are peaceloving too! they get tamed very easily and are really helpful in carrying huge weights.

You're right about that. Elephants are social animals like us, they have some leaders that they look up to also, either the Bull elephant or the Matriarch. They are beasts of burden in some countries like Thailand, India and Nepal. They are very helpful and also are stars on thier own rights, they are sometimes used for attraction and sports.

Well I have had some experience with elephants in Thailand awhile back and I have learned a lot about elephants. They are actually quite a gentle animal, has human instint just like dogs, and they are very clever and sometimes know what you think...
