A Taiwan doctor said that gaout sufferers can eat small amounts of soya products contrary to the traditional view. Every 100 grams of soya contains 145-171 milligrammes of purine, which can trigger gout and cause sharp pains in the joints. Do you agree what the doctor said? any comments?
