ever had mo motion sickness

ever had this problem like when u r inside the plane and u feel nauseos?? or in a boat? how do you cope with this problem?? any suggestions?

Dramaine or if you are looking for a natural substitute, get ginger and take a capsule or drops 1 hour before you need to get in a vehicle. Sniffing it helps too

really that helps?? is there no side effect you use that?? you don't get sleepy or something if you use dramaine? usually i get sick in an airplane tnx

Motion sickness is still a big problem for me. What I do these days is take a pill called Dramamine to fight the nauseating effects.

oh man thats really tough right?? as for my case i am a student pilot and i don't want to train myself by having those kinds of meds cause it affect ur awareness and i might not be able to cope with it naturally without those meds..

Yes, I have experienced it many times. As far as the car goes, keep the window open, sit in the front of the car and do not read. For the plane and boats, the doctor can give you a patch to wear behind your ear, and you will have no motion sickness, just a dry mouth.

i've had motion sickness when travelling through bus, even nauseated before! man, those days were embarassing. so what i do now, i bring along candies for me to gobble up while on the way. sometimes i take in a certain medicine to avoid nauseating before getting into the ride.
