Ego - Is it really bad?

"I" a word which is associated with ego. I wanna know is it really not good to have ego.

Yes my friend Ashish, having ego is dangerous at times when you have no other way except to submissive. At this juncture due to false prestiges you yourself goes wrong ways making your ego satisfactory but life takes harsh turn from the viewers point of view.

There is a difference between pride and ego. Pride is when you are happy that something has been done well be it by yourself or by someone else, ego is when you boast about it, and try to make everyone think you're the best. Pride is natural, ego is pushy.
