I can relate with you on there. There are times that I come to like her everytime she's in the mood but there are times I come to hate her if she's not in the mood. I find it hard to handle her when she's moody.

No I do not hate my boss. Actually I have worked with 4 bosses till date. 2 were most critical persons but anyhow I managed them. I took around 1 month to study them and tried to satisfy their requrements. What they used to tell me I did at once. In this way I won their confidence.

That's a good move you did there. Maybe you're right, I guess I just have to win my boss' confidence with me.

You hate anyone leave alone your Boss when you start to equate him/her with yourself or with any other person. I had worked with about a dozen bosses since my job keep changing places in a country like India and I have met all sort of bosses say From the very micro managers to the freebies. But i had never an occasion to fight with any one of them and hate them. Though some of them were really good and i could learn one or two lessons from them there were shaky, non confident, jealous guys also. I have been very prompt with the work and used to get clarified what they expect from me. I never believe in yes man ship as i am sure no one would like to hear their voice from another if he is sensible and maverick.
But if you ask me for whom would I vote, certainly the boss who exploits the strength of his colleagues and help overcome their weaknesses. That is real grooming .We see them in all successful establishments.

No, i will not hate my present boss. he is good person and hard worker. he always love of hard workers. Iam giving saticifaction my best to my boss...

I hate my boss when he/she getting absent minded in work. How stupid it is! it really ashame to the company you work on. Sometimes boss was in good groom, they will talk to you in a nice way but something fishing inside their mind that you will do this in part of company.Whew! got my headache.
