i think that u should improve on ur communication skills and then u should focus on team building skills u should have a good hold over predicting body language. this is a hidden language in which very few r expert and this comes handy in various situations. u should have a good knowledge of public and personal relationships. u should have a good ability to impress people by giving relevant lectures b/w the people so that people can appreciate u and they should come to u for their problem solving abilities so u should have also problem solving skills.
