I think alot of are ashamed of our bodies but i also think it's others opinions and comments on our bodies is what is making us ashamed. You think if no one ever made fun or snickered behind their hand at a heavy person or a too thin person that we would have all these complex feelings going on in our heads? Just when we are thinking hey i'm doing good then wham someone makes fun of you makes you feel self consious and ashamed so i think it is the other persons fault that we are because if noone belittled one another the world would be a happier better place.

Great response, and oh how do I hate when I'm feeling really good, think I look great within my clothes and then you step outside of the door and something happens to make you think otherwise, it's the worst feeling ever.

let those who are judging who have no flaws themselves cast the first stone. And that just about covers that because everyone has a flaw and in thinking they don't they do vanity. lol

It give me the unique way of look that some girls started admire. But now my problem is after my marriage I am getting a bit fatty. I my belly is getting larger. I want to solve this problem. Any one can help ????

I’m not ashamed although I guess you could say I have a good fair bit to be ashamed of. Although now I’ve began doing something about the way I look. I’ve never felt so confident in my skin.

when you cant really do something you say it does not matter. man c'mon looking fit doed matter. now, i will not waste time, listen to this. I have a site that gives good rebates on online dieting e-books. one new one is calles burn the fat feed the muscle but there are loads of them. the best thing about my site is that it gives you loads of discounts on products available online. Search the net for e-books, subscriptions, softwares anything you want and mail it to me at abhijeetkaplish@gmail.com. Talking to you through mylot is very difficult actually so mailing would be better. do not respond through this, pleeease. And yes you might have heard of the site, it's called simulaworld.com. Dont go to the site, its total crap.i did not have time to make it properly but the rebates are good so you dont worry. anything you want, mail it to me. And yes you should be worried about me earning ten cents or sowhen i am giving you such huge discount.least 50% and max97%.

I am not ashamed, I am angry. After working out in the gym for 10 months I still look and weigh the same. I am genetically obese.

I was really small before I had my daughter and I still haven't lost all my babyweight I just have to get my stomach back down. But overall im happy with my body. I think as long as a person is comfortable with their body then who cares everyone is beautiful.

From the age of 7, I have been told that I had a fat bottom by my mother. I was put on diets and made to run around the block. I have been fighting with my body image for as long as I can remember. I am 28 and have never said to my kids that they are fat. I always compliment them and bring them up to feel good about themselves. I am still vomiting, using laxatives and eating as little as possible. But, my mothers comments and those of others will never leave me, they have haunted me for years and will for many more..
