Actually there is a web based OS out there already, it's called startforce and you have to get to from your current os. Just search for it, it's kinda cool.... ;)

i dont think so. if a web based OS is introduced, how would you connect your computer to the web without an OS in your computer. then, you dont need any web based OS.
