We’re pleased to announce a partnership with Yahoo that enables myLot users to search Yahoo’s web results directly from myLot.
We all run web searches most days on Yahoo, Google, or somewhere else anyway, right? Now, with the power of Yahoo, myLot users can search directly from myLot! We hope this will be a time-saving, value-added feature that will help enhance the myLot user experience.
Over the past two months we have been working to significantly improve the myLot searching experience. With this new addition, users can now:
Search the web
Search myLot discussions
Search myLot photos
Search myLot private discussions
If you haven’t started using myLot Search, now is the perfect time to begin!

Thanks that is a great update to Mylot I think. Now people can search topics before starting possibly and/or find topics they want to reply to, which than can get some older topics back being discussed, and some topics that have no responses to get some added.

that's cool, now i dont need to open another ie window to search, and i just search directly. that's so nice and its saves time. mylot rocks!

so are our yahoo searches going to help us earn, or just a search engine like the mylot search. Just wondering.

I noticed it was different when I did a search a while ago, before the alert. Did you notice they moved the alert notice so it doesn't cover the search bar anymore.. I like that alot. I wish we could save the alerts somewhere.
