Dreams which i usually get in the first phase of my sleep or the midnight cannot be remembered. But most often i remember the dreams which i get just before i wake up. I might not remember all the details but i remember the main story and characters of the dream.

Usually, I don't remember them, I can remember sometimes the
feelings that went along with the dream but not the dream...SS

I read once that if you drink half a glass of water before you go to sleep, and then the other half when you wake up you'll remember your dreams. Sounds crazy to me. What I did was keep a note book and pen beside the bed for a while and record any dream as soon as I woke up. You will be suprised how well this works if you can force yourself to consciousness do it.

sometimes i do. It is said we dream every time we sleep, yet i only remember maybe one dream a week. As far as i know you only remember a dream if you wake while you are dreaming so it is a relatively rare event for most of us

I find that I can normally remember my dream just for a minute or two after I wake up, and also I can remember the dream from the night before as I am falling asleep the next night. If you want to remember your dreams, you could try putting a pen and paper next to your bed to that you can write a few words down as you remember them?

Yes,but not always.I can remember my dreams. In my country said that If you look at window or sleep with your own face in this part, you'll never remember your dreams.Usually I have dreams with many colours and that is something relaxing for my mind.

I do not dream often. I also do not sleep often. I go through bought of insomnia. I do remember my dreams when I am lucky enough to dream. My grandmother used to put a lot of store in dreams. She always keep this dream book by her bed. Sometimes dreams can guide you in your life. Some dreams are telling you to do or not to do something. Figuring out what the dreams mean is the hard part.

Sometimes I can and other times no. If I want to remember my dream I must sit and think really hard about the dream, then I can remember.

I took up a subject in psychology and i have read that dreams are product of your sub-conscious that are being relayed to your conscious part. But then, you will really not recall most of your dreams. And the more and more you tell others about your dream, the more the story becomes less of the real dream that occured. What you relay to others, after about 5 dream sharing/story telling, will just be a product of your conscious imaginaion.
As in my case, I do recall some parts of my real dream, especially if they are nightmares.(",)

Yes I do remember my dreams! It's really funny to share those dreams with the family members. Things like carrying home on a bus can happen only in dreams...
Don't mind if u can't remember ur dreams...it's nice for some dreams which are unforgettable.
