What is the best way to remove dust? Is the reason one of the rooms in my house so dusty? Is the dust coming from the window that is perrenialy/sometimes open? There is like a thick layer of dust on the table. Is it because I should be vacumming the room more often, or use a spray refreshener? Tips and comments are appreciated.

Well, the best and most effective way to remove the dust is to wipe them every other day and don't let them accumulate so if won't be hard for you to dust them off later. Use a duster made of downy. You can keep leafy plants also to absorb the dust but that's another thing for you to clean.

I think only a few people realize that much of the dust that we see around us is basically due to the environment where we live in. An industrial environment or any environment where construction work is going on produces a lot more dust and can only be controlled by keeping the doors and windows of our house closed. The building structure and particularly the wall structure also affects the dust level combined with the frequency with which it is being used. Level of pests in the house and the age and typr of furniture also affect the dust level.

There are soft clothes.. They have special wood cleaners for wood. What I do is I dust before and After I vacuum....... Since half the people I ask say to do it before other half says after... So I do it both... Alot of Dust is caused from us. Our dry skin as it flakes off becomes dust... I vacuum every 2-3 days.. and sometimes more in rooms that get dustier... and then dust more too.. Sometimes it blows in if the windows are open sometimes it helps it blow out we are in the country surrounded by marshland and cornfields so dust being around is normal for us... - DNatureofDTrain
