if followed as the only solution it wont help at all , because it only helps to cleans the vessles etc. but further treatment is always required. All forms of acne have their origin in wrong feeding habits, such as irregular hours of eating, improper food, excess of starches and sugar, excess of fatty foods. Chronic constipation is another major cause of acne.

i tried and observe it before. i think so it is. but i can't really say that it is. i used to drink [not really a lot] softdrinks before, almost every meal and yes, my face is so sensitive how ever i wash it, care for it but still i have this acne. when i start water intakes, my face dets rid of most of the times. if there is -- its not that big like before. so then i stick to water. i don't know how to explain it but i think water helps.

drinking water definitely helps in reducing acne. as it cleans vessels and keep our body temperature normal. water also keeps our digestive system correct which shows positive results on the face.

We know that the clean drinking water is good for health. If you want to reduce your weight you should take at least 8 glasses of water in a day. Water helps to rectify the many problems relating to your body. Acne is one of them so it is not bad to take as much water in a day as you can drink it.
