Do you have Patience

yes i do but not too much

I do have much patience, but I also know if something is getting to me, but I simply keep ignoring it in the attempt to be 'patient', it eventually builds up in me, and there's only so much I can take before I explode...lol. Other than that people usually see me as a very calm and collected person (apart from my family -hehe). However I do not agree that patience is the remedy for every trouble as our human structure has a spectrum of emotions which help us through good and bad times. Even our negative emotions of sadness and mourning are present for us to utilise in times of sadness to be able to cope with problems. Patience is one of our so-called 'virtues' as we should realise it is a useful tool for us in a variety of situations, especially at times when we do not see light at the end of the tunnel, or we just feel like giving up hope, hope and patience in this essence definitely provide fruits. But for some it is hard to determine how long this patience should last, as some people be patient for days, others for months, and some for years. Now people who are patient for years over a given situation, this can be harmful as it can result in stress related illnesses, depression, and at worst various forms of cancer. So to conclude patience can definitely be used in productive forms at times, but not for every trouble, because sometimes you just have to let it out of your system, and in this sense that can be much more healthy for you, tan keeping it all in. On a final point I would like to make - my father is probably one of the most patient people I have ever met!

my patience is really too long. i don't get angry easily. and i am glad that i am a patient person.
