How do u express your anger?

Do U shout? or how else do u express your anger? I normally don't talk to the person whom I am angry with.

when i am angry i wont talk to anybody at that time as when we are angry we use harsh words so i think its better to keep quiet at that time.Later i will be normal but i wont forget the things which hurted me.

well i usually respond rudely to the person and i try not talking to them but i cant stay on like that for long i feel guilty and forgive them for theey do to me and forget my anger and patch up
