"Gym or Yoga" which is preferrable for a software engineer

To See the monitor throughout a day sitting ideally will surely makes a human weak. To Recover from that illness or to prevent that a software engineer should choose any of these things in Routine.. Well friends what u ll suggest.

there is no doubt, its Yoga. it's the best form of excercise for stress relief and staying fit. it gives you relief from aches , mental stress and many more. Gym won't help in any, it just try to build musles which would only tire you more.

To me yoga suits you to relax your mental stresses and problems... so just do yoga and also meditations for your mind relaxation

If one wants to reduce then yoga is the ultimate technique even gym also helps a lot in consuming calories that are put up by sitting throughout the day.
