Well thats none of my business. Everyone has his/her own choice. If he converts to catholic that doesnt means now he/she will not be my friend. But yes I would certainly like to know the reason which made him convert to catholic for my knowledge.

Well I have members of my family who just converted becuase of their spouses, not becuase they truley beleived in the church. I don't judge, but others find many ways to insiuate they are insane etc. I have many others who did convert becuase they truley wanted to, and are very happy they did so.

I am not Catholic, but I support my friends in their lifestyle choices even if they are different than my own. I think that is part of being a good friend. What might not work for me, might just work well for them. It would not bother me in the least if my friend converted to a different religion or philosophy than my own. Cheers!

I like your response; people find it necessary to put their nose where it does not belong and tend to cause hurt feelings. With all the hype about the Catholic church I have received so much hate mail and ridiculus comments that are not even pertinent to the Catholic church.

It is not for me to judge another's beliefs.
I don't personally believe in religion. As I feel it is man made rules how to worship God and what to do.
I love God in faith, in a personal relationship. One on one.
But each to their own, right?

The question is... convert from what?
If your friend is a muslim and want to become a catholic... I am besides myself with joy.
