Heat resistance paint

can some one give me some info on Aluminium heat resistance paint ? such as its proceedure to use . I have used Goddlass Nerolac company's Heat Resistance paint on Stain less steel surface. after drying in the open air ,small amount of paint is coming out on rubbing with finger , though it is not leaving the surface of the Object. i want to know if it is normal or should it need a special process ?
