when do u go to sleep as a rule?

i speel when i wwant...when ever i want.for example i couldent sleep last night,responding at all of your disscusions and i was sleeping at 8am and i was up today at 4pm and now responding to your discussions again...i am at the 8th page...a still have a litlle and im done whit you:) PREA MULTE DISCUTII AI PUS!!!!:))))

I go to sleep at 11 pm when i'm at scool and in weekend i go to bad after 12 pm;)

i go to sleep after midnight... i won't and can't sleep before 12mn, maybe my body clock got used to it, i usually sleeps between 2-4am... my boyfriend tries to demand and ordered me to sleep earlier but it's just so difficult, lying in bed with eyes still wide open...

I try to be in bed by 11 pm but that rarely happens. I suffer from insomnia so it keeps me up. Sometimes I am awake until two or three in the morning. I hate it. I would much rather go to be early and wake up feeling refreshed.
