The movie Borat was inspired by the Ali G show. That show has 2 Movies by the same name, those are pretty close to what Borat is like :)

Aside from Borat, Sasha Baron Cohen has two more characters: Ali G, which I'm sure you know, and Bruno, a gay austrian interviewing people. You can find a lot of short movies with these characteres browsing them on www.youtube.com

there's a movie called "Everything is Illuminated" about a Jewish man from the U.S. who goes to the former USSR to discover his family's roots, and his tour guide is a man who sounds like Borat. He speaks in really funny, bad English, and wears a track suit and lots of jewelry and thinks he is a great dancer. This character is kind of like Borat.
