Basically you cannot remove bad sectors in your HDD if they are physical already, this is due to aging HDD. If you try to reformat it. format status would sometimes report that the bad sector has been gone. but after several time using your HDD it would go back. Anyway if things goes worst, you can recover data on a bad sector using norton symantec disk doctor. its way better from scandisk. been using it since 1995.

I know that exists DeepFreeze . With that program, you can come back at the moment that you`ve buyed your pc.If you`ve installed that program then.

You can't use deepfreeze to recover bad sectors. Bad sectors are hardware-dependent. Deepfreeze just revert your computer to the default settings you configured it.

Seagate and maxter's low level formaters (LLF) are very common I have used maxllf.exe its smaller in size (just a little executable) and it can work on almost any hard drives

actually there is a program that both recover and repair bad sectors in your hard disk .. it's called spinrite, it scans your hard disk for errors and it makes sure that it runs perfectly and error free :)

Try low level formatting. Try also HDD regenerator, it is a software that can recover bad sectors.
