This happens to me and I wonder if it is motion sickness/vertigo or how do you know if you are actually having small seizures like the game books warn about? I had fever seizures a few years ago and I didn't shake or anything, I just saw quick flashed of black but I'm not experiencing that right now. Yes I have a doctor's appt set up about this but I wanted to hear what y'all have to say. :)

We play alot of Video games that are Role playing like Zelda..But we haven't gotten dizy or anything. It can be a number of things. So the best thing you are doing is see your Doctor. It might even be that you need your eyes checked as you might not be keeping focus and this can cause you to get a bit dizzy. But besure to tell your Doctor the games it seems to be happening the most on. Like is it the real fast moving ones and so on...You don't want to past out one day and maybe end up heading your head on something...

You might be experiencing photosensitivity. This illness was made popular when a lot of kids started having seizures while watching Pokemon. It is when light blink at a certain pattern that trips your brain's circuits. I have been playing video games all my life and the only headache I get from playing is from sleep deprivation. So I'll have a doctor check you out if I were you.
