Indian Health Ministry dragging its feet!

It is shocking to note that we boast of so many advances in technology when high officials themselves drag their feet over preventing the loss of human lives! Even as late as yesterday, the Health Minister, India, was saying people 'not to panic'(!) after nearly 2600 cases of 'Dengue' were reported in New Delhi and in nearby states. He was saying that the situation is 'nothing to worry about' even after it had claimed over 40 lives!! Similarly, their attitude towards the 'chikungunya' virus which has already claimed over 80 lives in Kerala! Being an educated Indian, it is rather shameful when our National leaders themselves show scant regard to such fatal diseases!
