Why do people leave their job?

I belive it is because of employee's immediate manager. you company may be the best one in the world but you have to report to your team lead or immmidiate manger if that person is not a good learder then there may be troubles. so for me I have left two jobs because of my immidiate manager.

I left my job because the hours and pay were unfair, and I felt disrespected by my manager. Disrespect is something I refuse to put up with from anyone.

for many reasons! i left mine to start my own business, which didnt work out for long but also to make a better life
more money, piece of mind, many different reasons, but my main reason was so i didnt have to work like a dog in order to accomplish my dreams. houes,cars,stability. u know?

you need evolution. you leave a job for a better one of course.

yes but in my case I want to work with good people and managers. Salary won't be a problem for me.
