Have Your referrals earned you that much?

I recently got a referal about one and half day ago, but it has not pposted even once.I dont know why he is not posting.I am wating for him to post some posts and start some discussions.It seems he may not be interested, but then what the use of registering.I dont know.The simple solution to it is wait and watch.
