I haven't laughed so hard in a long time. I don't remember the first one being so funny. I love the Jay/Silence of the Lambs dance and the little Christian boy and the donkey guy. It's awesome.

I love Kevin Smith and think he's very funny. My favorite movie of his is Dogma, and my favorite character is Dante, from "Clerks." Smith is a refreshing breath of air in the Hollywood scene, probably because he's so not a part of the Hollywood scene. I hope I'll get to interview him, or least just meet him, one day.

Dante Hicks is great! I love how the same actor plays Gil Hicks in Mallrats. That's one thing I really like about his early movies, the characters that are "recycled" so to speak.

If I had to choose I would say Dogma because I think that Smith had the perfect venue to both entertain and spread a message and he made great use of it. I took a lot of Art of the Bible classes and I think he uses historical/ biblical references to great effect!

My favorite line is the one where he says Catholics "mourn" their religion.

I love Kevin Smith. I think his writing is hilarious. I love all his movies but my favorite is probably either Dogma or Mallrats. When I first saw Clerks, I wasn't a huge fan but now I love it. My favorite characters probably include: Jay and Silent Bob, Chris Rock from Dogma and Brody. However, his recent work isn't as typical of him as his older stuff. For example, Jersey Girl was a shock to alot of Kevin Smith fans, and I suspect the new one with Jennifer Garner will follow in the same footsteps. I probably will see it anyway because it looks cute but I don't think its going to get the same level of appreciation from hardcore Smith fans.

He can be funny, but then sometimes in his speeches he tries to hard to be cool and stroke the ego. I like Chasing Amy the best. Here is the latest on his project Red State: http://www.terrortube.com/html/Kevin-Smiths-Red-State.html

I'm not a huge fan but I loved Dogma. Even then it was mostly because Alanis played god lol. I check out his myspace page once in a while. He keeps great blogs over there.
