Did anyone see Grey's Anatomy last night?

I have never seen all of these. I have heard that it is an AWESOME show and really tried to get into it but House is by FAR my favorite show like this, we already own both seasons available. I just can't get into Greys, though I am really trying. Which is your favorite?
