How do i rescue a centipede from my disposal?

I do not want to harm/kill the centipede... just want to get it safely out of my sink disposal and take it outside of the house.

You'd be better off killing it. If you don't there's a good chance it'll just go back inside afterwards. I hate centipedes. If you have kids or pets, then definitely kill it.

geez, friend, do u know centipede is poison, i got sting once...trust me, it's not a memory i want to remmeber
