if atractive by the HEART. then he or she is attrctive. and not by the looks.

As for myself, I find a person attractive when he/she can handle himself/herself well.
personality+intelligence+physical features=him/her as a person all in all.
The whole package when observed as a whole fits just perfectly.

Someone is attractive when they take good care of themselves. They look good, and clean. When they can look you in the eye and be themselves and act natural.

as for me, i am basing it with the sincere smile and with the grip of his/her hand when you hand shake.. you can feel the sincerity. that is my basis of being attractive
