Crime and punishment

Do you think capital punishment is to severe or is there a call for it in certain cases? Do you think it is better than a life sentense?

I don't believe in capital punishment. To me, it seems wrong to punish a crime with another crime (murder). I think that life in prison with no possibility of parole is a better sentence. And at least then the convict is suffering and aware of his crimes every day.
