First thing you can try is run Norton in Safe mode to try to kill those virus, if not work, then the second thing you can try is run an online complete scan, there is a good site safety.live.com; if still not work, then try to find the files which relate to those virus and remove those files manually and run scan again.

Don't use this antivirus software anymore! I tried it lots of time, but it doesnt worked, i mean all spywares/malwares/viruses entered without any difficulties on my system! Have you tried to do some antivirus scan online? Try it, be sure your firewall is on and do some scan with dedicated Spyware/Adware programs. Do you keep your hd defragmented? When everything will be done, then think about doing a format.

dear why are you trying norton??? it uses all resources and makes your pc good for nothing,,,that is norton makes pc kinda slow...use avast yar then install spybout too avast + spybout is a good combination if u still find insecure then install zonealarm then no threats will be on ur computer...i think installing spybout will remove your spyware
