Honestly your best bet is to get something like Soulseek for individual files or to get IRC for larger files like movies and/or albums. Those are what i use, i don't like downloading music off websites. :)

No worries. :) Soulseek is just another version of a p2p network, only i like this one in particular WAY better. I have a lot easier time finding obscure music on it. You can also go into different rooms and you have the option to chat with people or you can browse through users files and just grab up what you like, although it's always kind to ask first. ;D I love it. its all you will need, and therefore there isn't much else reason to post all the rest!
Its a proven P2P program.
If new versions try to install adware on your computer, goto
www.oldversion.com
and download an old version, that does not come with adware, etc.

Im not trying to get best answer but I use Imusicshare.com Its not free, but its only 5.95 a month..they give you 3 different programs to choose from. Its a P2P so you can find practically anything you want. I've been satisfied with it. You can't really find the free ones anymore. Its illeagal to download free, isn't it?
