well they say you should face your phobia to overcome it. but i have a fear of spiders and i haven't overcome it yet despit the fact that i tried a hundred times...i guess you should seek help from authorities like psychologist. they will help you talk through your phobia. but its gonna be really really tough.

In my own experiences in life.. Facing one's fear truly does help. I know that sometimes when a person is able to think of there fear.. And then they become scared of this fear.. That sometimes after one becomes scared of there fear that some form of a calming experience is able to help them afterwards.. At least this is what I have heard! . . I know that.. A lot of people will go to a therapist to get advice on how to do this.. And I've heard that this method really does work quite well & that it has been proven.. For example.. I had a girlfriend who was terrified of meeting new people for some reason.. She started going to see a psychologist.. And she involved herself in a self help class & it helped her out a great deal.. She started taking baby steps each day that passed her by.. For example she'd try talking to people within her group.. At first it was difficult for her to do.. But each day that she did this she began to feel a little bit more comfortable.. Then she ended up talking to the same people on the phone, then in person.. And now she loves just going out there & conversing with hew & interesting people.. I mean it worked for her, but it may not work for others who fear meeting new people.. That is what her psychologist had taught her.. But she got help from a professional & he helped her out a lot.. And sometimes going & getting therapy does indeed help some.. And sometimes it doesn't help others.. Everyone is different & reacts differently to different forms of help.. I believe that sometimes when it comes to certain phobia's or phobia's in general.. That there is no cure for this type of thing.. All one can do is try to face there phobia, & try to conquer it.. I think over-coming one's phobia takes a lot of time.. You don't just over-come your phobia just like that.. And sometimes some people are never able to over-come there phobia.. But they are able to be at least less scared of it in general.. And at least they are able to conquer there fear or at least be less scared of it.. At least they have that! . .

I am actually working on a phobia of mine...driving. Yes you are definitely supposed to face your phobias by doing them a little at a time. Don't overwhelm yourself tryin to conquer it right away! Baby steps.
