what is with games?

i really don't get it why a lot of people get so addictive in online games and lan games i have my boyfriend get addicted to it too so i kept on stopping him from playing.
sometimes to do point that this can be one of reason for us to fight so can anyone tell me why its so addicting and why you can get angry when someone is stopping you are limiting you on playing them. thanks for your advise

i think you just can't let anyone stop you from enjoying anything not just game but the enjoyment the fun the thrill the competition. i think that anything that enjoys as so much is so hard to let go right.

playing multiplayer games is fun...u play with or against real human players and sum stupid computer bot...
