I love cream puffs, but my friend had a recipe that was so simple and easy to make. Instead of individual cream puffs, it is made by spreading into a pan. INGREDIENTS 1 cup water 1 cup flour 1 /2 cup butter 4 eggs DIRECTIONS: In saucepan bring to water and butter to boil. Remove from heat. Add flour and stir until ball forms. Beat in eggs 1 at a time until mixture is smooth. Grease 11x14 pan. Spread mix evenly in pan and bake at 400 for 35-40 minutes. Cool completely. FILLING: 1 8-oz pkg cream cheese, 4 cups milk, 3 pkg Vanilla instant pudding. DIRECTIONS: Cream the cream cheese, add milk and pudding 1 pkg at a time. Spread pudding mixture over cooled shell.

It is a great one. I make the individual cream puffs, but love this recipe because of the simplicity of it.
