Do you any of you have t-mobile for your mobile carrier? have you ever had any problems with them? Have they told you that customer care issues like phones not working, name not being changed etc...are not customer care related. I think all their adds on customer service-are a crock, because i don't get any customer service at all when I call.

I have had T- Mobile service for years. I am very happy with them. I have a pre pay service. Call 611 on your phone and follow directions, you will eventually talk to someone.

what ya think I haven't done that a million times over??? cause I have. to get rude, obnoxious people. They insist I call on a landline, but I insist I don't have one, and that tmobile phones are my only source of making phone calls! Sometimes they just drive me nuts!

Wow, sorry to hear you have had so much trouble. I guess I have just been lucky so far. I hope my luck holds out, I don't like talking to rude obnoxious people neither. Good Luck.
