licking the lips

one of bad habbits i notice when some people try to moist lips with tongue,coz it causes more dryness of lips and later cracking and fissuring.the same result happens when we bite lips by our teeth

oh my gosh, that is one of my bad habits, alot of people have told me to stop licking my lips because i always have chapped lips but i don't even realise that im doing it.

id rather suggest to bring lip balm instead of licking the lips its safe to use rather your saliva
