separation of church and state

if one is to have more power over the other which one? what would be it's purpose, to guide or teach or protect the people?

reader, yes they MUST be separate but one has to have MORE POWER over the other. This is my point! Sure it would be nice if all got along........but when push comes to shove....who should have the power ....thats the question I'm putting out there

1346795 The state must have power over mythology to protect the "flock" from harmful church leaders.( i.e. if a preacher tells the followers to kill their kids 'cause god says to) then the kids have to be protected from crazy parents & preachers. The state must not dictate what that religion will be. Our founding fathers wanted us to be free to do anything we wanted.......but it must be peaceful
