I haven't noticed alot of spam seeing that I already have some from previous survey sites I had signed up for.

Nope, I have been here for over a month now and haven't got any spam mail at all(thank god). the only myLot mails I get are new discussion and responses notifications.

I don't. I didn't even sign up for mypoints with an email address I have and I get so much email from them. So I'd put my money on mypoints.
