I just moved a few weeks ago, and my moving company was absolutely horrible. They overcharged me and broke almost ALL of my furniture. The few pieces they didn't break, they left sitting in the rain, so they all got stained. I sent a letter (including photos of the damage) to the manager of the company with threats to report them to the better business bureau, but I haven't heard anything from them. Has anyone had this situation? Any advice on how I can get them to pay for some of my furniture?
