I can't sleep

All the nights I can't sleep. My mother is died two months ago and a lot of times I cry for her. During the night, wlime I'm for sleeping, I think of her, and the moment of her died comes into my head without going out. I remember when the hospital called me that night, so I wake up and I can't sleep. I sleep only at four o'clock, and it's no good for the day. What should I do?

I'm so sorry for your loss, the only thing I can think of is to just go with your emotions and cry when you need to, but if you need to sleep maybe go to a doctor and ask for some sort of sedative to help calm and relax you at night. Maybe too you can see a therapist to help alleviate the emotional pain causing your insomnia.....Good luck

i suggest the best way to do is pray and lift everything to god your fears, sadness, worries everything about what you are feeling right now becoz of the loss. believe me you will have inner peace and that is what i think you need right now at this very situation. I often do the same when i have something bothering me or i feel so alone..the truth is,it really helps. i feel some part of me is being calmed and lifted i think it's inner peace. Hey man, dont worry so much maybe you are in the stage of accepting everything that is why you are bothered by your mother's thoughts. just lift everything to HIM before you go to bed and if you have free time.

I am so sorry to hear about your mother, that is a very sad news. It will take awhile to forget that scene, but in time it should all work out. I think trying to go to bed early might help somehow. Try that and see if it does work for you. Good luck with that and I hope you'll get better soon.
