I am doing a paper on the difficulty in aligning staffing plans with organizations goals. Maybe I am going about it all wrong but I can't seem to find anything on-line and I am getting frusturated. What should I look for. In staffing plans they are referring to the selection, forcasting, etc. How can the goals of the organization present difficulty in this?
