I think it is depression and anxiety I hate it when I get those moments and I am glad it is not to often but when I do it lasts for Days and I have only had this since my Illness

How about all of those all at the same time? I feel that way frequently. Maybe it's a part of my anxiety though. Really though, I guess my answer would be finding out sad, sad news.

the feeling of helplessness. i just experienced it recently when my son got hospitalized and i'm half-a-globe away. no amount of money sent or phone calls made could ease the pain of not being able to be there beside him, and personally take care of him. thank God he's fine now but in times like that, it'd be a big difference being able to give him a hug, or just hold his hand.
